CARACTERIZAÇÃO GEOQUIMICA DOS ÓLEOS DA BACIA DO RECÔNCAVO
Abstract
Análises geoquímicas foram executadas em 22 amostras de óleo da Bacia do Recôncavo, Brasil. Os óleos foram analisados por cromatografia whole-oil, cromatografia líquida, isótopos estáveis de carbono e biomarcadores. Todos os óleos são leves, maturos, com a composição bruta revelando alta porcentagem de parafinas e baixo conteúdo de resinas + asfaltenos (baixo teor de enxôfre). As razões isotópicas de carbono fornecem valores típicos de óleos de origem continental (formação genética comum). Os cromatogramas das frações saturadas indicam que esses óleos mostram diferentes estágios de maturação. Esteranos e terpanos ocorrem apenas em baixas concentrações, provavelmente devido ao alto nível de maturação dos óleos ou ao tipo da matéria orgânica presente na rocha-mãe.Downloads
